We take hygiene and sanitation standards seriously, and all precautions are taken to guarantee it. With a relaxing atmosphere and a wide range of quality service.

 At our salon, we have the following policy for the mutual convenience for both our clients and salon. 

☆We the right to refuse or stop service to any person who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.

☆Health issue(s) or diabetes must be communicated prior to the service.

☆We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards

☆We do not provide refunds on service. However, we will try our best to address your issue with the service itself, if any within 3 days.

☆If you choose a polish color but do not like it during application, you must tell the nail technician immediately or you will be charged for re-polishing. The gel color service does not come with guarantee. If a nail chips within 3 days, you must notify us so that we can fix it. After 3 days, we will charge you for fixing it. 

☆Our price is available on the menu. Please confirm the price with the nail techs before receiving the services. 

☆Please give us advance notice for canceling appointments.

☆Ask for the service you’d like to have. If you are unsure, please speak to the salon manager. 

☆If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

☆All Gift Certificates have expirations date. Please double-check the date.
